At one point JFK reported a 65 knot gust. Average during that time was about 45. It was only a very breif time period if I am not mistaken. I know there was alot of windshear. 1,000 to the ground was plus and minus 15 most of the weather event.

SWA operated only the two originators in the morning and two terminators this evening. No turns. ISP service was also severely affected with no midday operations and a few diversions after going below minimums.Quote:
