Mario my dear friend...The Brazilian Gov't is not going to go setup a hit on these guys. Our CIA covert ops sets up hits on suspected terror related suspects and not civilians involved in accidents that have killed American citizens. Now if Phil meant the Brazilian mob, then yes I can see that, the Brazilian mob makes the New York Italian mob look like a Boy Scoot troop. But the Gov't?? My comment was half kidding, but the other half quite serious.
I don't think the Brazilian government would assassinate, but a Brazilian mob that's loyal to Brazil, or God forbid knew a victim....decent possibility revenge might be sought.
