AWI3649 Gear Emergency ALB 12-1-12

AWI3649, N464AW from Burlington, VT declared emergency for gear issues. Nearing ALB, they announced three green, but also a nose gear steering failure indicated, along with 50 people and 1:30hr of fuel on board. Full emergency services were requested, and they circled for a bit before landing safely on RWY1. After inspection, they taxied to the terminal under their own power.
