Looks like Vice President Biden will be visiting NYC for a few hours on Tuesday 7/17.
According to the TFR, Air Force Two will likely arrive sometime around 4:45 pm and depart around 8:45 pm.

The First Lady and the First Kids were in Manhattan yesterday(Sunday). FLOTUS was also in Westchester earlier. Not sure how they came in.
