Wow, I wonder what was used to scan those. Kodachrome is notoriously hard to scan. I've owned about 5 different slide scanners (the Nikon Coolscan 4000ED being the best), trying to get decent results, with no luck.

Cary, those were supposedly scanned on a Drum Scanner... a really expensive and high end Heidelberg using "wet mounting" so, unless you have 100 grand laying around, your slide scanners will continue to suck. I gave up when I started to eyeball spending a ton of money on a Durst scanner. It was like saying to yourself, I am going to buy a 200MP medium format Leaf back for SXM :tongue:
