Beautiful shots Rich!! Where were you shooting from? Were you in Winthrop or at the very eastern most part of Castle Island?

The location is in Winthrop just off route 145.. The light is killer here during the morning hours in the summer for runway 4R activity

Bill, I have never been approached by the police while spotting at Boston at any location. I wave and they wave back thats all....
Steve, I'am using a 100-400L glass, you are a fair distance away from the runways..... at this spot...

Ah..good to know that my 100-400 will work from that spot. Now its just a matter of planning a time to get up to BOS.
