unfortunately I did not get AF1 as it went to the left side, but while i was out I did grab a few.

Too bad you didn't get AF1. I wonder if anybody was able to get to inwood in time to get it. Nice to see a mostly clean Air France machine. They must have gotten comaplaints about dirty planes or soemthing since I noticed that when I was down over the weekendthat they were clean also.
No biggie for me, I'll get it next time. I have plenty of shots of AF1, just looking for a new angle.Quote:

Well that's a new one for them. They usually go to Triple Hangars and this time they used the other VIP parking spot near the 31L/13R De-icing tent... interesting. When is departure or is it too late? :-)

Looks like AF1 ETD is 2300. Out of our limits. Yea they fooled us good. My shots from panera are backlit but possibly keepers. I didnt have a direct sun in the photos.
Yea 31L was highly unexpected. We had no word of where he was till I spotted him on the horizon on a wierd approach then last minute turn for 31L. Rom my shots arent much of an improvement. Lighting was perfect. Everything looked good. Then the worst turn ever :frown: Oh well I did manage a special that you all want. Seahawk beat me to the announcement.
