Nice set. Looks like summer there :) Looks like you have good access, is the airport spotter friendly?
-
Very good set, stuff we don't see at JFK....

Cheers Guys,
Adelaide is a fantastic airport & is very user friendly, the local enthusiasts have an excellent rapport with the Airport operators & the local law enforcement agencies, our accommodation was A$50 P/P per night right opposite the airport.
We were transported (no charge) by the locals who incidently gave up there weekend to look after us & took us any where there were aeroplanes. We were fortunate enough to get air-side access at Parafield Airport with local training aircraft etc... & at Adelaide Intl Airport as well.
The weather was mild sunny and very pleasant....Will definately be going back there again.
The flight from Perth to Adelaide takes approx 2hrs.30mins, served by Qantas & Virgin Blue, return airfares under A$400.00.
Best Regards,

Very nice work! Looks like those two choppers are a long way from home.

Hiflyer, nice shots. I was last in Adelaide airport in June 2001.... At the time, all I saw was the Qantas 737 that took us there and back, some REX props and ....
Kagarooo....no wait, EMU Airways. EMU Airways flew us to Kangaroo Island. I think Rex took that operation over.
NIce catch on that QantasLink zoo plane too.
Did you take any photos in Adelaide city? Would love to see. We spent a day or 2 there, honestly it was a very nice little city with small town charm. And of course, my driving through the hills of Barossa was a freakin adventure....nearly killed ourselves at every corner!
Also, a bit tangential.....when I was in Perth in 06, I recall a lot of smaller a/c in the area that were coming from....Jandakot airport. From what I recall, isnt that one of hte busiest airports in the southern hemisphere? Somehow I remember hearing that.
