JFK 02/03/2011

Came out to try and catch the other Cargoitalia MD-11 that comes to JFK (EI-EMS or EI-UPI are the usual suspects and I have one already) but again, those schedulers for CRG had a two hour delay which meant darkness would envelope the plane on departure :-(

So here is what I did manage to catch.

The sun is going down later and later everyday ... not long ago, the Qantas would have come in civil twilight.

touched down as the Delta ST lifted its rear bogeys... one minute more on the Delta departure or earlier arrival of the Russian would have been an interesting juxtaposition.

Thanks guys... got lucky on the Air China as it usually banks late, waaaay late LOL. The light helped. Summer is coming, much better sunlight at HoBe is coming... if only we could have only KK departures ;-)
