JFK - 1/22/11
Spent about an hour and a half at Firestone this afternoon. Finally got to meet Manny and saw Mark and Chris P braving the cold. Unfortunately, I left before N777AS came in.

And I added two JetBlue frames to my collection...N506JB, one of their oldest A320s

And N507JT - this was originally N507JB, but was sold to the German airline Blue Wings. After Blue Wings shut down last year, JetBlue got the aircraft back, but the original registration was not available.

N777AS left overnight under darkness, was to busy with 2 turns to be able to get some light in my photos. Catch of the day was "strike bird" N485EV arriving on 3 engine ferry from HHN. JT9 blew after deploying reverser in HHN and was in flames for 353 seconds. Fire bottles didnt put it out.
