Which JFK Runway will Close Today for 2 Weeks?

According to yesterday's Metro edition, JFK is closing a runway today for 2 weeks for repairs. Which runway would that be? Strange they would close a runway at nearly the same time as when the UN envoy jets are planning to attend the UN General Assembly. Is it just a coincidence?

--In support of the ongoing Bay Runway reconstruction project, runway 4L/22R will be closed effective September 16th through September 29th. This is to allow completion of the intersection of 4L/22R at 13R/31.

This was scheduled over a year ago as it is part of the continuing work on the Bay Rwy.
