Other 'Favourites'
i know everyone here has that one favourite scheme. that topic's been beaten to death but i'm sure everyone also has a few that you'd probably consider runner-ups. what are those?
here's mine, in no particular logo:
Avianca:
Pan American, not the shortened Pan Am.
Royal Jordanian
Iraqi
China Southern (surprisingly)
Air Canada
wow, i think i'm biased to Boeing.
of course the best is still:
Lot Polish
-
TWA of the 80's and 90's
Delta Bullet nose
USAir from the early 90's with the blue tail
Alitalia's previous colors
and North American Airlines takes honors as well

I happen to like the next to last logo for the late Northwest Airlines. To me, this was just very clever and brilliant. It's got the compass pointing northwest, it's got the "N" and it's got the "W". Simple, and yet it works on so many levels. The rest of the livery was nice too, especially on the B747's.
