It's about time. In between the Falasha Jews in the Bronx, the incoming Coptics and the long standing Rastafarians, Ethiopian should have pretty brisk business.
Would be nice to see Ethiopian return to the NY area. I remember spotting airside at EWR prior to 9/11 and seeing a 767. The routing was EWR-FCO-ADD.
Would love to see another international carrier to SEA!

Ethiopian Airlines on Wednesday (10FEB16) opened reservation for planned New York service, due to commence on 03JUL16. Subject to Government Approval, the Star Alliance member will operate Addis Ababa – Lome – New York JFK route, on board Boeing 787-8 aircraft.
