Legally free photoshop sounds unlikely. Photoshop elements really has all the features needed for the kind of editing that I do for aviation. It's price should not be too unbearable.
I have to agree with Dan. I used Elements (and an early version, 2.0, maybe) for a couple of years before I moved to the full version, and wasn't especially limited on any editing techniques for most aviation-related photos.Quote:
