Trying to pursue an trademark infringement overseas is difficult at best impossible at worst, especially on an individual basis. The photo may also not have been stolen from the company it represents but by the ad agency that designed the ad, which adds another layer of complexity. I'd be curious to see if the company has any good will and compensates you for the use or ignores you.

It's amazing how these companies do this. I caught a broker in Fla using my shot of one of the Sands SP to advertise it since it's for sale. I called and they said they were sending payment which I haven't received. Is this company in Sweden? That makes it tougher but this is BS.
