JFK 11/7/09
Spent about an hour and a half down at the Mounds this afternoon, catching some of the late day light. They were using 13/22 split arrivals, so not everything came our way - I didn't see one JetBlue the entire time I was there  Got to meet a couple of new guys - George from Germany who's in town for a few months, and Bob, a local who is getting back into aviation photography - it was great to meet both of you!

The highlight of the day for me - I didn't even know there was an Alitalia jet in Sky Team colors, so it was a huge surprise when it came by!

I was on the Belt Parkway, heading to the Mounds, when I saw Delta Habitat for Humanity pass over...http://www.moose135photography.com/p...9_ckFYQ-X3.gif
As we were leaving, just as the sun was about gone, I saw the Qantas 744 overhead, enroute to Rwy 13. I could see it was a white fuselage, so I was relieved that we wouldn't miss Wunala...http://www.moose135photography.com/p...2_6w6BX-X3.gif
When I got home and looked at my photos (I took a shot, but it's too small to use) I saw it was One World...http://www.moose135photography.com/p...3_kACJD-X3.gif

I had a funny feeling I saw you when I swung by the Mounds. If you saw a black BMW 328Xi that was me.

Those front quarter shots of the 340 and the 777's are pure gold, Moose!
