The New York International Show and Sale will be taking place at the Marriott Courtyard La Guardia Hotel on Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 9am-4pm.

This twice-a-year show will offer in-flight products, models, postcards, pictures, books, videos, DVDs and many other types of collectible airline memorabilia.

Admission is $5 at the door…children under 10 years old enter for free.

The Marriot Courtyard is located one block from Planeview Park 90-10 Grand Central Parkway, East Elmhurst, NY 11369.

They also sell justplanes dvd's for $15 bucks each. Also a ton of old aviation books, timetables, pictures and oddities.

Anyone get anything good? Sad that I couldn't make it.

Spent about an hour there, could have spent more time, but had to spare the wallet more damage:) There was a great selection of Gemini, Dragon, Herpa, etc. This is what I purchased:

All models really impressed me with their detail, paint job, etc. Its been a few years since ive bought any models, this may spur me to collect more.
