Re: Remembering
Has anyone forgotten where they were and what they were doing 8 years ago today? Have you forgotten how you felt in the days, weeks, and months after? I haven't and never will. I personally knew 29 people murdered that day. Some were friends, some were coworkers, but all still hold a special place in my memory and in my heart. I can't stress enough how important it is to stay vigilant, especially when spotting, you guys are the best eyes and ears out there. If someone or something looks suspicious, speak up!!!!!
9-11-2001 NEVER FORGIVE.....NEVER FORGET!!!!!

Re: Remembering
Tom Ashton, good guy I went to high school with. 9/11 was his second day on the job as an electrician's apprentice, and that morning they were sent to a job on the 95th floor of the North Tower.
Joe Graf***nino, brother-in-law of a colleague of mine, was one of the firefighters killed in the Deutsche Bank fire two years ago.

Re: Remembering
Firefighter Manny Mojica, Squad 18. My younger brothers best friend, they knew each other since grammar school. An all-around great guy.
Its very eerie if you remember the documentary about 9/11 the Naudet brothers filmed that day. While filming in the lobby of one of the towers we see Manny walking past with his fellow firefighters!!

Re: Remembering
My four cousins worked in the Towers but thankfully made it out. I don't know anyone personally died but I do recall the 8 cars that sat at the Oakdale Train station for two weeks. Later it was learned those were men and woman from Oakdale, my town who died in the attacks.
