Mexican Air Force 727-200 KPVD Providence, RI (Pictures)
I took a trip to KPDV Providence, RI to get the Mexican Air Force 727-200. This aircraft has evaded me for 8 years now and I am happy I can finally add it to my collection of special aircraft. Aircraft Reg is 3506 on route ADW-PVD. I couldn't get there in time for the arrival- not that it mattered anyway....When I was there Visibility was 1sm, 100ft ceilings, Drizzle and Mist.
Two new 727s in less than 2 weeks..not too bad.

Well, that's dedication for ya. PVD is a nice little airport - I fly in and out of there often. What was it doing up there?

I do! :D
Even when living in Worcester MA 40 minutes away I probably wouldn't've gone in bad weather!

Nice shot as always Senga.
Might be heading up there myself on Saturday if it stays around!

Thanks Guys,
Well you know if the sun had been out no shots would have been possible. So I thank the bad weather for being there :) So many of my shots in the past would have been for not if the clouds were not present.
Mark,
When I left it looked as it it would be there for a day or so. I wonder where ti will go to next.

That can be very true indeed.
Where did you take this shot from? I don't recognize the spot.
