the helo is outfitted with a hoist just like 412PD and 414PD, so dropping and recovering swimmers is no problem. the major difference is the equipment that those other two helos don't have
Wow they added more pics...the guy survived and walked to the ambulance himself!
No question that it's perfectly capable of doing that job, it's just strange that both of their dedicated rescue choppers seem to be MIA.Quote:
