Help needed on a night shot

Is there anyway I can fix this image up the best possible way? More USM or possible rotation? Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry, I know that is not what you were looking for....I think the prosessing itsa good.

Looking at the verticals, especially the building corner over the center of the fuselage, it looks like it needs some counterclockwise rotation.
