About six months (@ one or two days a week on weekends when the weather was good, often at the expense of spotting, so sorry guys!) and 51.7 total hours, I passed my private pilot checkride earlier this afternoon! I'm definitely looking forward to taking some people up to fly.

Yeah, I did my training out of SMQ. I'll probably keep renting from there for a while longer, but I'm looking for a club and might end up flying out of somewhere else eventually.
