Travel Help Needed
i never realized how difficult this really is, but i'm trying to plan a trip for four people (myself, my sister, my buddy and his sister) to London and Dublin. this trip is actually a combination of a few trips and get-togethers we've been planning. mostly it's to celebrate finally finishing school and getting on with life. we are also going to DUB to visit a freind, and are dragging our sisters along since each of thier winter vacations went down the tubes.
so, here's the plan:
*fly my buddy and his sister in from california.
*fly to london, spend a day or two there.
*fly to dublin, do the same as in london.
*fly home, then pack the two californians and send them home. might even extend and go out there with them.
so far all i know is i want to go to the Guiness brewery. i need non-aviation ideas... keep in my, this will be february.

Re: Travel Help Needed
The Jameson's Irish Whiskey distillery is also in Dublin - well worth a visit. If you like history - there is Kilmainham Jail is very historic - apart from being the place they shot the movie Michael Collins, it was the jail that held the prisoners from the last Irish uprising and where they were executed - also worth the visit. If you are in Dublin for a few days - rent a car for one day and go down to Cork and visit Blarney Castle - kiss the Blarney Stone.
If the weather isn't too bad (cold), both London and Dublin have open top buses for touring - we did those - great!
