Who wants revenge from Sunday? Saw it departing here in LA a short while ago as I waited for the EK A380.
OK, so, you all go get Big Red and I'll get the whale jet...ready....break!

Just a random thought. But is it simply coincidence that Qantas just happened to have Wunala out at JFK and LAX at the same time as EK's A380?
Or is it possible that it might be a way to upstage? In a similar way that WN has done to other airlines?
I an not accusing at all, simply wondering.
thoughts?
Very interesting thought indeed. My opinion is while Wunala is arguably one of the most beautiful planes gracing the skies, she simply can't upstage the A380. Not yet at least. Everyone enjoys a freak show.
Nah I don't think so, she's not as rare at JFK as we think. I think it was just coincidence they were there together. WN however did that when AS came out with the Salmon painted 737. The brought in all three of their Shamu planes to SEA and taxied them right past the AS hangar during the ceremony. Very tool like move IMO ;)Quote:

Alaska should go to Vegas and taxi their Salmon-thirty-Seven, Disneyland, and Alaskaair.com planes past the Southwest terminal.
Last I heard it was actually Five Shamu'sQuote:
