Airplane down in the water in Sayville (DUH!!!!)

I got a call as well as the Police that there was a plane down in the water in front of LansEnd in Sayville.... Police arrive and call dispatch "Yep, he is down in the water, but he is now taking off as we speak"

You guessed it....... a sea plane! :borat:

Glad I did not arrive to see one of my friends! The guys at Bayport are great! I am very happily disappointed!

what type was it? was it a seaplane or a floatplane?

Not sure... I turned around when I was told the police report....I was about a block away but it was info that was 5 min old....
