Old Fixes Used at JFK

I remember 2 particular fixes used by JFK Approach; ELLIS and JOCKE. I think that ELLIS was near the Lincoln Tunnel while JOCKE was near Belmont (OM for 22R). I am trying to get their exact map coordinates but searching turns-up nothing. Any suggestions?

I remember the ELLIS INT. being somewhere near the present day LENDY INT. May be off by around 3 or so miles. I do remember the crossing restriction being 16000. Best I can do.
