Insane. Until someone figures out a way to make solar or wind energy production as efficient as nuclear, we should be building more nuclear plants, not shutting them down.

My thoughts exactly. I found it surprising that they are looking to be rewarded for shutting down their nuclear reactors, that is clean energy.
