CO to offer live TV and web
Another airline jumps on board with the Live TV. I wonder how soon until AA and UAL jump on board?

CAL) said Tuesday that it will offer in-flight satellite television provided by DirecTV (DTVdirectv group inc com DTV) through an agreement with LiveTV LLC. The Houston-based airline expects the programming, which will be available at every seat on new-generation aircraft, to begin on flights within the continental U.S. starting in January 2009. Continental will also introduce onboard Wi-Fi services, including email and instant messaging, through LiveTV.

Does anyone realize that Live TV is owned by JetBlue and based in MCO. We also do many other airlines TV,XM and soon Internet hookups

Yes I'm aware, it was a smart investment on B6's part years ago to buy Live TV.

CO needs to do something to help off set their barbaric seats.
I'm all for any improvement!
The last 3 flights on CO had crapped out IFE systems- not that it matters that much since they are 6 years off for what the competition offers today anyhow.
