I know the housing market on Long Island is crazy, but I just don't understand this sign I saw today. It's on a corner near me in Syosset, and I saw several others in the same general area:

There's just so much wrong with this I don't know where to start! A hand-written sign for a house you are looking to sell for close to $2 million? That's a classic in my mind!
Haha! Now why couldn't they just go through a realtor?
Moose, I am not about to give somebody 2 million dollars with a sign like that, looked like the 8 year wrote it with their left hand.
Sheesh, go to Office Depot & buy a sign :wink:
Looks like a joke but the reality is people are in dire need to sell their homes before they are foreclosed on.

In addition to illegible signs, it seems sellers are now resorting to dressing up as bananas...the house they write about might even be the same one...
