Nice shots, of the planes and your dogs. What kind of lens are you using?

Brian I am shooting with a 75-300 AF in those pictures. I am still learning the finer points of how it works on my camera as well as the need to edit lol.

You're back on your roof....? Good god you really are going for that Darwin award, LOL Ryan I'd speed up your shutter, your moving shots at LGA are blurry indicating your shutter is far to slow. In that kind of light I'd be using 500th of a second with ISO 200.

Looking good Ryan, I like the 767UW photo and the RJ below it. Looks like with a little editing you will start adding a bunch to JP.

Nice to see Virgin Atlantic bring in the A340-300 to JFK!
Re: From the roof of LGA to the Roof of my House
when i was a kid/teen in jersey, the high altitude jfk arrivals ghosted in over my casa, along with a steady stream of lga outbounds (727 heaven), and lower altitude ewr arrivals, i would sit there back in the 70's ,with spotting scope, binos, and scanner, a total geek, 30 years later i havn't changed much, and i still love this thing of ours. your mentioning spotting from your roof brought it all back. cheers amigo.
