Airbus A300 Question
Hey Guys:
I have noticed in this picture and in other pictures of the Airbus A300 and A310 A/C that there is an extra window behind the last door near the tail, what is that window for ? seats, bathroom? , If it is for pax i am sure that would be a hell of a seat to sit in ;)
Heres the picture

Side note- the letters on the tails of these planes spell out Martin Luther King's initials =P

For the galley would be my guess.

Re: Airbus A300 Question
Perhaps it's a special modification for Olympic because it doesn't appear on American A300s.

Re: Airbus A300 Question
After a quick search on Anet, it's on some and not on others. Tunisair, China Southern and Lufthansa have them.

Re: Airbus A300 Question
That let's the crew check to see if the tail fell off

Re: Airbus A300 Question
Moose, that was so wrong ;).
Yet funny. I like how the tail sweeps up and the floor within the cabin sweeps up toward the back too.
You can see what I mean here.

Re: Airbus A300 Question
I just looked through Jetphoto and most A300 seem to either have the window or have a plug in it
