Bye Bye 901
Unfortuneately ship 901 otherwise known as the Arizona 757 has flown the coupe for the last time from PHX to one of USAirways respray facilities. 10 hours ago she went into the hanger in Arizona colors for the last time.

Re: Bye Bye 901
Oh wow I was on N901AW on October 19th doing the JFK-PHX run. She was pretty old...

Re: Bye Bye 901
Ryan, apparently no one cares about this as much as you and I. I posted on A.net (I'm sure you saw) yesterday and only got one reply now it's buried at the bottom of like page 2.

Re: Bye Bye 901
It really sad to see those special schemes go away, especially since they are being replaced with "half-schemes". I'm all for a special livery/paint job, but if you are going to do it, do the whole aircraft. Don't give me the Euro-white in front, and special paint ass-end of the aircraft. It looks poorly thought out, like they didn't buy enough paint.

Re: Bye Bye 901
She was parked next to my gate at LAX on October 28th. I have enough pictures of her so she can be repainted. The only one that I would love to get better shot is "Working Together" bird.

Oh you mean "Teamwork Coast to Coast". Yea that was my probably my favorite. Was also the last model I needed to top off my collection of them.

Re: Bye Bye 901
Yes you are right. I ment Teamwork not Working Together :) AWA vs. AA :)
