An unfortunate start for Colorado though.

I'm just sitting back and watching the games without rooting for anyone. If Boston wins it pisses Yankee fans off, but if Colorado wins it means expansion baseball has truly been a success and still prospers in traditionally non-baseball markets. It's a win-win situation.
Though I'm rooting for the Rockies, it's good the Red Sox are in, otherwise the series would be (IMO) very boring, and no one would watch.
I turned it on during the bottom (?) of the 5th when the Red Sox just started that little streak there and it really was funny watching player after player walk. I was wishing for a home run because the bases were full for a while but it never happened. Still, 13-1 is nothing to complain about.
The Red Sox would have been in deep **** if there were any other result last night. Josh Beckett is unhittable, and the Rockies hadn't played in 8 days. Tonight and Saturday's games will be more interesting.
