Apparently Eos is operating flights from MSP to STN and from BOS to FCO today. Presumably charters but anyone know what's up? I didn't think their fleet was big enough yet to be able to do 2 charters and operate the daily schedule.

I think they have 4 planes now.
Checked it and you're right Phil, 4 planes, and it must have been a non-peak day when they operate 2 JFK-STN instead of 3. Those charter routes must be pushing the range of the 757 although with 48 seats onboard maybe Eos's planes aren't as heavy as normal.
MSP-STN is 4024mi. BOS-FCO is 4093mi. Finnair runs the 757 on the 4113mi HEL-YYZ leg, and they do it at (presumably) normal revenue capacity.
Hmm hadn't thought of that one, I just thought it looked long compared to the CO transatlantic routes like EWR-TXL, also in light of the fact that Eos' planes are not wingletted. Is YYZ-HEL the longest scheduled 757 route then?
