Actually, their disclaimer is right. They have trademarked their own color brown. I forgot what the number is for it, but it is trademarked legally.
EDIT: apparently its 0607298
I've was to paint a car in UPS Brown but it was later decided to only do the door jambs and trunk in that color. The company which was Dupont must have made that color for them cause the formula the store had from them was spot on.
