Got the call from one of my pilots who was #1 for takeoff when this happened right in front of them! Said it appeared to be a bad (understatement) crosswind landing, he hit hard and blew one side main gear tires which caused the aircraft to "ground-loop" off the runway.
No fire, thank god, but definitely screwed up TEB for the afternoon. Happened about 1645 or so.
