What an incredible video! Now you know why they make the spectators stay so far away during a launch.

looking at the last part of the video you can see one SRB looks like it is completely dead or so it appears and the explosion actually origonates from the one to the left of it. I did not catch that before.

Only 6 of the 9 boosters are supposed to be lit for takeoff, the other 3 are lit in air.
