I've noticed they've been using 22L for landings and 22R and 31L (for South and East departures) for takeoffs the last week or so. It seems like they've been using this configuration everyday in the evenings. Sometimes in the early afternoon (the main arrival push), they're using 22R and 22L for landings and departures from 31L.
Is this the new policy to cope with the overflow? Can we expect to see this configuration from now on?
