Uh, they are suing on the basis of the Legacy flying at the wrong altitude even though it came out last week that ATC put them at FL370.
The idiots that filed that suit must have been listening to the armchair fools of the Civil Aviaition forum on Anet.
It's getting ugly. The relatives in Brazil want someone to pay for this crash. I sure hope these pilots and Execlaire get a fair shake but I doubt it's going to happen.
They won't be the only one's sued. Anyone with even a remote connection to the downing of the GOL 737 will be dragged over the coals. Btw why is this suit being filed in NY for citizens in South America? I'm a bit confused by that.Quote:
