On a non-photographc note, how can you tell if this is a takeoff or landing?

That is a great shot Mario! Love the colors of sunset on it. Now if only the pilot was mooning you, it would be a perfect shot :D

its a take off, flaps aren't fully deployed!

Also it makes you realize just how big the plane is seeing the pilots in the cockpit and how small they seem
