Which runway at JFK is the WN jet Taxiing to?

I never found out for sure but believe it was flying in some WN exec staff for meetings in the NY area. Sorry, that's the only shot I took of it. It was before my days of blasting rolls on a plane, stupid me :)

And by runways 31L/13R there are bridges but none that close. The link below shows JFK but I cant find that bridge or those apartments further back.
Trust me, it's JFK :) I live in the Rockaways and see those buildings everyday.

Actually, it's the 2nd Cross Bay bridge which connects The Rockaways with Broad Channel, the other bridge (the 31L air-2-air spot) connects Broad Channel to mainland Queens. Those buildings are located in Rockaway Beach.
The photo was taken from the Delta Terminal, back in the days you were able to pass security without a ticket and head for the windows to shoot.
