I like how the guys in the beginning run one way then the other... And anyone think that girl in the red shirt is a jp.net or a.net photographer???
Is anyone able to translate and figure out whether there were survivors? Also, why was it being filmed in the first place...and why someone was crying before take-off? Medi-flight perhaps?

The registration looks like HK-2067-P, which would make this Colombia. I can't however, find an NTSB report on it - when an American-built plane crashes overseas (and this is a Cessna 182), there's usually a stub report saying 'this plane crashed in country X, Country X's civil aviation office is investigating.
