You have to:
1. Sign up for AirTran's A+ Rewards program at http://www.aplusrewards.com
2. Mail in the coupons from the sides of the cups along with your name and A+ account number.

It seems these cups are no longer available at the Wendy's locations that I normally frequent. I finished with a dismal total of 9 cups, though I'm sure my arteries are fine with that.
