Independence Air A319 arrives at LGA

I was on my way home from shooting the Austrian A340 in new colors whn I hit traffic and this Independence Air A319 flies past me landing on 22L!

It appears IDE has started their LGA service now with the A3119s
Heres my crapy shot.

Here is the schedule for the DH A319s at LGA:

DH 984 arrives LGA 11:00am
DH 987 departs LGA 12:35pm
DH 990 arrives LGA 4:35pm
DH 993 departs LGA 5:15pm

I saw it lining up for takeoff on 13 about 1pm today from planeview park

I'm glad they are bringing the A319 instead of the CRJ. Does anyone know if they are going to get PTV's like they were supposed to??

They are parking on Gate A-4 and every flight I have seen so far has departed LGA on time or early !
