Just got hte follwing text:
"Do you know about what the general compensation for a denied boarding after a confirmed seat request would be?"
Any ideas?

"If you are involuntarily denied boarding, and substitute transportation is scheduled to arrive at your destination between one and two hours after your original arrival time (between one and four hours on international flights), the airline must pay you an amount equal to your one-way fare to your final destination, with a $200 maximum." - http://www.travelsense.org/consumer/airlinebumping.cfm

The airline doesn't matter...the compensation is set by law.
Oh, BIL, I got it now. What's with the wedding site lingo? haha

Thats always what I've called him. Havent been to a wedding site in a loooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggg time....
Come to think of it, Highheels and I went out tonght to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our first date this evening.
that said,.....guess someone else has been on wedding sites.:tongue:

I would also suggest he file a DOT complaint if he gets no resolution.
