New Air Patterns Over NYC ?

I still can't see any new air patterns over the NY Metro Area. It appears that the arrivals and departures still fly over the same areas. Wasn't there supposed to be a major change of air patterns for our 3 local airports?

Newark saw the biggest change with the dispersal headings. They are only done in the AM and pretty much useless
