New Air Routes Over NY Area

The FAA plans to alter well-established air routes to and from JFK, LGA as well as EWR. This is due to noise impact and to relieve congestion. If approved, changes will start next year. Does anybody know if that means that new departure exits will be established? Just when I finally got familiar with the old routes they do this. Will there be new arrival waypoints and procedures?

Would this mean no more Hudson river or Expressway Visual?

I would think the airport approaches would remain unchanged, but that the "regional" approaches (ala STARs) would be the approaches that would change.
