United Captain Accidentally Deploys Emergency Slide

The captain of a United Airlines Boeing 757-200 accidentally deployed one of the plane’s emergency escape slides prior to a flight out of Seattle Wednesday morning. He was attempting to help a flight attendant close the door, which was stuck. The door reportedly fell off and the slide deployed. [KING5]
